Types of Irrigation Systems

We have been using a product called Techline and it has proven to be very reliable. Each drip line has 2 psi check valve to prevent run off when the system shuts down, an interior filtration system and a 40 psi regulator to keep the pressure at an even rate to insure all drippers will have equal flow from the beginning of the line to the end. This drip irrigation will allow for deep watering of plant material with a minimum of runoff. We know that using less water is a concern. All of our research and personal observations find that this Techline Drip System will save water. Reports on these types of products range from 20% to 50% savings. Every application will differ. I can say, that you should definitely see a decrease in water usage once this system is installed.

This type of rotating head is recommended for large open areas and slopes. These nozzles use less gallons and require lower pressure allowing for more heads on each line and less valves are needed to irrigate the larger areas. The MP Rotor design provides for more precise arc and radius adjustments to better direct the water to exactly where you want it. The low impact spray allows the water to soak in rather than run off onto driveways and streets making them particularly good for slopes. The old rotating heads had an impact spray that did not allow time for the water to soak in. These heads are designed to put out a softer spray of water, almost fingers of spray, that allow time for the water to soak in and reduce the amount of runoff.

This is the first time we have used Pro Sprinklers, and they were incredible. We had a special situation--not an ordinary sprinkler issue. We needed to get water to an isolated section with roses, and they made it happen without any in-ground burial of pipes since the surface was all asphalt. Manny and his team are the very best! They showed up on time, did everything, and left the place in better shape than when they arrived. I strongly recommend this company and these craftsmen!!
